Founding Client Offer — First 10 clients receive 20% off private TEDx coaching.
Idea → Application → Signature Talk
Organizer-level standards and a proven system. No hype. No false promises.
Many coaches teach delivery. Few build ideas to curator standards. This is standards-first TEDx coaching.
You're getting the perspective of someone who has evaluated ideas for TEDx events.
Evaluation before execution; structure before story; "not ready" is a valid outcome.
AI accelerates practice and iteration, but your voice stays yours.

I’m Adeseye Omole, a former TEDx organizer and coach. I help professionals shape ideas into TEDx-ready submissions and signature talks built to meet curator standards.
Before coaching others, I was on the other side of the table, reviewing hundreds of applications and seeing firsthand what separates ideas that get selected from those that don’t.
I don’t just teach delivery. I help you clarify the idea, strengthen the submission, and build a signature talk that can hold up under real scrutiny.
Standards-first coaching built on evaluation, not performance.
Before we write or rehearse, we apply Clarity Architecture™ to your idea. Here's what we test:
Readiness is a gate, not the product. It prevents you from polishing an idea that isn't yet selectable.
You will leave with a curator-ready application package and a signature talk built to hold up on TEDx and other curated stages.
TEDx-caliber core idea statement with a clear throughline.
Submission-ready narrative, application answers, video script, and talk development assets.
Role-play tools and rehearsal protocols.
AI is not the coach. It is the practice environment.
You get:
How the TEDx Pathway Works
We evaluate the idea against selection standards. We identify what is strong, what is missing, and what must change.
One idea. One throughline. We shape the core logic, stakes, and takeaway.
We draft and refine the anchor narrative, application answers, and video script. We align language to curator decision logic.
After you submit, two post-application support sessions are included for revisions and follow-up strategy. We refine your positioning, answers, and short talk version based on real feedback.
Scope guardrail: this phase does not include talk coaching, rehearsal, delivery training, or stage preparation. That work happens in the Signature Talk Development phase.
We expand from outline to a full signature talk structure. You practice delivery and Q&A via AI role-play (Yoodli). We review, refine, and lock in clarity and performance.

No. TEDx acceptance is a decision made by independent organizers. I don't control selections. What I guarantee is a rigorous evaluation process and a submission-ready application package built to curator standards.
Yes, within clear boundaries. We will make your idea TEDx-worthy, co-develop your pitch and application materials, and use the monthly opportunity list + tracker to guide smart targeting and follow-up. Final selection always belongs to the organizer.
Yes. We build within TEDx expectations (originality, idea focus, and audience value) and we'll reference the official TEDx speaker guidance when shaping structure and claims. You are always responsible for final compliance with your specific event's requirements.
That's common. We'll keep one core application story and adapt it per event where it makes sense, while your tracker keeps submissions, deadlines, and follow-ups clean. The goal is consistency without sounding copy-pasted.
That's fine. We use a proven idea-finding and filtering process to identify the strongest TEDx-worthy idea you can own.
Yes. You will leave with a curated opportunity list (updated monthly while you're an active client), plus a tracker and follow-up system.
This is a done-with-you process with strategic drafting support. Your voice stays yours. I shape structure, clarity, and decision logic so your application reads like it belongs on a curated stage.
Live peer feedback, shared learning, and collaboration in a small-group setting.
Yes. "Clarity Stage" and "Clarity Select" clients receive two post-application support sessions focused on application revisions and follow-up strategy.
Yes. We build a signature talk that's stage-ready for TEDx and other curated stages. Organizer coaching varies by event. Your signature talk should stand on its own regardless.
Yes. You'll have focused assignments between sessions (writing prompts, clarity drills, short video practice, or application edits). Keep it light and consistent. Plan on 30–60 minutes per week.
Yes. Clients work with me across the US, Europe, and beyond. We schedule sessions in a way that respects your calendar.
Often, yes. If you have professional development, L&D, or executive coaching budget, I can provide invoices and documentation you can submit for reimbursement.
Because this is not a one-off feedback session. You're buying an organizer-led system: Clarity Architecture evaluation, a complete submission package, a repeatable application system, AI-supported practice, and limited post-application revision support.
Yes. We will review and refine your content for clarity and structure. (I do not design slides for you, but I will guide what to cut, what to keep, and what to emphasize.)
Yes, through the optional Alumni Circle. It's a private community for accountability and sharing curated stage leads, plus a monthly live "Opportunity + Pitch Lab." It is not a job board and it does not guarantee placements.
Ask them. The fastest path is to apply, and if it's a fit, we'll map the best route.
